
Other than that I really don't know, try to google the specific error you are getting to receive less generalized advice. On Windows 7 there is a windows update that breaks CS, can also be found here on the forum. If you are using windows 10, disable GameDVR, and also try disabling any other game recording software you might have.

This is a specially protected windows folder, so installing stuff their that needs to write to its own directory can cause problems, so try installing it someplace else. looks like your game folder is in program files. But Clear Sky? I have no idea how to solve this. Call of Pripyat and Shadow of Chernobyl were easy to fix because it was just an issue of addressing the duplicate lines in the fsgame file.

I've uninstalled, reinstalled, I'm going to attempt to delete the files/manually uninstall cleanly and then install from the backup installer you can get but I doubt that'll work.
